Comments box not available in IE

In internet explorer the comments box is not available, cannot put in text. The same feature works in Firefox and Chrome, independent of the WYSIWYG module being enabled.

    For some reason IE handles only a certain nr of CSS files. Optimizing the CSS files of the site should fix that.

    Go to:  admin/settings/performance

    Tick: CSS files optimized
