This is the latest version (18-7-2010) that reflects the new shift in focus away from contracting out design to building capacity and developing in-house. It was recommended to start training after Ramadan and accordingly a delay of three months has been planned for. We are planning on an extended implementation phase with a week of hands-on training after Eid September followed by a longer period of building under supervision. The new expected launch date is end of December 2010.

The first prorotype we built and tested was s imple paper prototype. The PDF is a set of wireframes we used in user tests simulating interaction. To make the interface clickable, one of the interviewers had to ‘play’ computer and move the printouts around accordingly.
